In accordance with the recent legislation in effect in the Province of Quebec, the use of distance signatures is now deemed EXCEPTIONAL.
Consequently, we will be offering this service on a limited basis, with reduced availability, to align with the exceptional nature of such transactions.
PROVIDED SERVICES
- Renewal of mortgages (limited availability).
- Legal aid mandates: LIMITED to succession renunciations and Will searches ONLY.
- Documents for the Argentinian Consulate in Montreal.
